Longridge Country Estate “1 Year Free Living Expenses” Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility​

  • The “1 Year Free Living Expenses” offer is available to prospective residents who attend the Longridge Country Estate Open Day on 30th November 2024 or book a tour to visit the village before this date.

  • To qualify for the offer, eligible participants must sign an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA) with Longridge Country Estate by 31st December 2024

2. Offer Details

  • Weekly Fees: Longridge will waive the weekly fee of $149 per week for the first 52 weeks from the date of move-in.

  • Grocery Vouchers: A Countdown grocery voucher valued at $700 will be provided monthly for the first 12 months, beginning in the first full month after move-in.

  • Internet Costs: Internet expenses will be reimbursed based on the household’s selected plan (up to a capped amount of $100 per month upon receipt of a valid monthly invoice.

  • Power Bills: Longridge will fully cover all power bills for the first year.

3. Offer Conditions

  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount.

  • Should the resident choose to terminate the ORA within the first year, the offer will cease, and any unused benefits under this offer will be forfeited.

  • Benefits within this offer, including grocery vouchers and reimbursements, are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

4. Documentation and Claims

  • For reimbursement of internet costs, residents must submit copies of their bills within 30 days from the billing date each month.

  • Reimbursements will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.

5. Additional Terms

  • Longridge Country Estate reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time with prior notice, though all existing residents who have enrolled in the offer will remain eligible under the original terms.

  • Any disputes regarding the interpretation of these terms will be resolved at the discretion of Longridge management.
