Phased Construction Plan
Our Community & Recreational Centre will be constructed in stages, starting with the central section, which spans 800m². This first stage lays the base for the extensive amenities that will shape our community recreational centre.

Planned Care Facilities
A full care facility is part of our future plans at Longridge Country Estate. While not yet built, it is a key feature planned for our long-term village development.
Care Facilities:
We intend to offer 24/7 access to registered nurses and trained care staff, supporting residents who may need extra help in the years ahead.
Hospital-Level Care:
As part of the future facility, we’re planning for a higher level of medical support. It’s expected to be equipped to handle more complex health needs, with specialised staff and equipment for hospital-level care. Services may include support for disability, dementia, and palliative care.
