A Pet Friendly Retirement Village
Pets are welcome at Longridge, full stop. Whether you have a dog, a cat or another companion, you do not have to leave them behind. The 60 acres gives everyone plenty of room to enjoy. Most pets are welcome subject to a few reasonable conditions, just talk to us.
Phased Construction Plan
Our Community & Recreational Centre will be constructed in stages, starting with the central section, which spans 800m². This first stage lays the base for the extensive amenities that will shape our community recreational centre.

Planned Care Facilities
Longridge Country Estate’s long-term vision includes the future development of a 24/7 care facility.
While this is not currently in place, the village has been planned with future growth and residents’ changing needs in mind as the community evolves over time.
