Weekly fee: Currently $169 (as of March 2026)
Fixed for life: For residents aged 75 and over (and their partners), this fee is fixed for life.
What is covered: Regional, district and water rates, house insurance, and maintenance of the villa exterior, gardens and lawns.
Power: We buy electricity in bulk and pass the savings directly to residents.
We handle the external upkeep of all villas, gardens and grounds. When you want to travel, you can lock up and go, we keep an eye on things while you’re away. Boat and motorhome parking is available too.
Every villa has medical emergency monitoring, smoke alarms, and a home security system connected to a 24/7 call centre. Villas are single-level with wide doorways and level entry.
