These homes are especially rare. They’re in the established part of Longridge, on elevated ground with sweeping views and beautifully kept gardens.

Some were built early in the village’s history and sit in locations that haven’t been available until now. One example is the Coromandel villa, a spacious three-bedroom home and the only one of its kind here.

We’ll also have newly built Stage 3a villas open. Some are available now, while others will be ready to move into within the next two to three months.

Silvereye Lane is the newest part of the village and is about to get underway.
