Longridge doesn’t look or feel like a typical retirement village, and that’s exactly the point.

We’re inviting you to visit us this Saturday 17 May, from 10am to 2pm, for a relaxed and friendly look around. We’ll be serving Devonshire tea with fresh scones, jam, and cream, and our team will be here to show you through our villas, walk you around our village, and answer any questions.
It’s also a good opportunity to see our last available villas. Stage 3A is nearly sold out, and we’re down to our last two-bedroom villa with a study nook, 111m², priced at $699,000. It’s the final one at that price.
Also open to view on the day is our Maratoto villa, priced at $879,000. It’s one of our larger homes, with a double garage and a spacious layout. It’s move-in ready.
