Fixed weekly fees
At Longridge, the weekly fee is fixed for life once you reach age 75. For couples, this applies once both partners are 75.
The fee covers:

Regional, district, and water rates.

Building insurance.

Maintenance of gardens and lawns.

All exterior maintenance of your home.
